Published! Glessmer et al. (2026) on “Creating grassroots communities of practice to discuss teaching”

This was a fun paper to write with a really interesting mixture of colleagues, both from my current job in Sweden and my Norway days. We discuss four grass root initiatives to create communities to discuss different aspects of teaching in different formats, and why we think each of them worked out.

Getting the notification that the paper was published when coming back from a nice walk was a great way to end a Monday that really felt like it should have been a Friday…
